An important part of the role that we serve is helping to alleviate some of the concerns that our clients have surrounding retirement. Every day, we work with people who are planning for an important phase of their life. It’s natural that people have concerns, and often they are the same from person to person.

It might help you to know that just as you are not alone in your retirement preparation, you’re likely not alone in the concerns you’re having. There are three concerns in particular that nearly all retirees and pre-retirees share: running out of income in retirement, finding affordable and reliable healthcare plans, and navigating a volatile market.

Holiday Traditions To Start This Year 1

♦ Bake Cookies for friends and family and store them in decorative tins.

♦ Purchase or let kids craft an ornament each year. You’ll be able to look back on every holiday your family has spent together.

♦ Share the books you’ve loved reading this year and host a holiday book swap.

♦ To help children understand the importance of generosity, donate toys to an organization in your community.

♦ Volunteer as a family at your community’s food bank this season.

♦ Make a day of picking out your tree - bundle up and take a trip to a tree farm to find just the right one.

♦ Plan a dinner to celebrate your family’s heritage, or cook up everyone’s favorite dishes for a holiday meal.

♦ Create a holiday card to send to family and friends. Save an extra card and start a holiday card scrapbook.
